What type of birth certificate will I receive?
You will receive a Texas state certified birth certificate from the Texas Vitals. We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted by the user. You will be charged even if the birth certificate is not on file with the state. You will receive a “no record on file” letter from the Texas Vitals.
What type of driving record will I receive?
You will receive a Texas state certified 3A driving record that is acceptable for the defensive driving course and Texas courts. It lists all crashes (even if no ticket was received), and all moving and non-moving violations in the record.
How long will it take to receive my record?
If you choose our Email delivery option, you will receive your record in 24 hours or less. Regular service orders are mailed via regular U.S. mail. After processing the normal delivery time is 3-4 days. Express mail orders are delivered the day after processing.
Do I need to be home to accept my express delivery package?
No, a signature is not required on express packages. If you are not home the package will be left on your doorstep.
What types of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.
What is the CSC number on the payment form?
The CSC number is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit card. This number is found only on Visa and MasterCard.
What if I don’t receive my driver record, birth certificate or death certificate?
If you don’t receive your document in 2-3 business days you need to contact TX-DPS.com via the Contact Us page email or at 888-596-7307. Depending on volume, you should receive a response within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
No. Once payment is made, the Driver Record, Birth Certificate form or Death Certificate is automatically completed the record will be processed immediately. We pride ourselves on quality and speed. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds.
